L-I-V launches final phase Dubai Marina project

L-I-V Real Estate Development, a global family of luxurious properties, has launched the third and final phase of LIV Residence Dubai Marina, a waterfront residential tower located on one of the last prime plots of Dubai Marina.

This phase represents 40 units, including the release of the project’s two Signature Duplex Penthouses, well positioned with its expansive panoramic views of Marina and the sea.

The project, which launched in January 2018, was one of the few launched during the early part of this year but has bucked the soft real estate market with over 75 per cent of sales achieved, totalling in excess of Dh300 million ($81.6 million) to date. Today, the developer can confirm that the 27-storey building has topped out with the recent concrete pour of its roof, and is on track for delivery ahead of Expo 2020, in the summer of 2019.

LIV says Dubai Marina tower now topped out

LIV Real Estate Development has announced the topping out of its residential tower in Dubai Marina.

The 27-storey LIV Residence Dubai Marina comprises 179 apartments, including two duplex penthouses, which will offer a panoramic view of the marina.

The project was launched in January 2018 and LIV says it has bucked the soft real estate market in the emirate, with 75 per cent of inventory sold worth more Dhs300m ($81.67m).

Prices start from Dhs837,000 for studios.

Following the topping out of the structure, the final stage of the development is set to be completed in the summer of 2019.

LIV said it had invested in an energy efficient design using products from Siemens Appliances, TOTO, Daikin and KONE to lower artificial light and HVAC costs.

Since the Mobilization of construction works in Sep 2016, the project has involved a vast amount of raw materials and logistics. The raft foundation was completed in 48 hours, with a pour of over 420 cubic meters of concrete and 836 tons of reinforcement steel. With the full raft being cast, work is expected to quickly progress on the main floors, with the construction on track for a timely delivery.
